Covid-19 and Shipping
My Bird’s House is committed to the health and safety of our associates and based on State regulations and social distancing requirements this have extended response times within communication and shipments. Our team is working as quickly as possible to process and ship out orders to our valued customers.
Due to the measures taken to help prevent COVID-19 within our warehouses, many of our orders are expected to experience delays in shipping of goods across the country.
We can confirm that all the items for orders placed today will be in stock and that these items have been reserved for their respective buyers at the time that their orders were placed. Once we can establish a consistent process we will be sure to share updates.
