Shipping and Return Policy
- Shipping on orders $200 or more - within the continental U.S. are FREE!
- We offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii and Alaska.
- Please contact us for a shipping rate quote prior to placing an order.
We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and a variety of shipping companies to ship your orders safely and timely.
We will guarantee you with the most competitive and lowest shipping rates charged by our carriers.
In the case with large bulky items that requires an additional level of handling, it will be shipped through a freight forwarder company. The freight forwarder company will contact you directly by phone the day prior to the arrival of your delivery. They will work with you to schedule a time when you will be available to accept the delivery. The buyer must be available to accept the delivery when an appointment is scheduled. The delivery person will deliver the shipment up to the front of your property and you will be responsible for moving the shipment into your own home. The delivery person will not be responsible for moving shipment into your home.
If you received an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping:
If a package appears to have been damaged during shipping and you suspect the product is not working properly, please test the product’s functionality prior to contacting us. Please be sure to keep all of the original packaging if the package was damaged during shipping until we can determine whether a shipping insurance claim can be filed. Please contact us immediately so that we can file a shipping insurance claim. We are unable to file a shipping insurance claim if any of the original packaging was discarded. If the buyer discards the shipping materials or box contents, it will waivers the rights for your product to be replaced or repaired. Once a shipping insurance claim is filed and approved, then can we send out any replacement parts or product to you at no additional cost. We are unable to provide a refund if the shipping company does not approve the shipping insurance claim.
We have a few stipulations for returns on large bulky items.

If you received the product but decided you want to return it:
If you receive an item and decide to return it, you can do so if and only if all of the following requirements are met:
- The item(s) is unopened, unused, and still in its original packaging.
- Is within the 30 days of receiving the item(s).
- You must contact us to get an RMA Number and return instructions prior to returning the item.
If you meet all three of the above requirements are met, your refund will be issued in one of the following two manners:
- You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (minus our actual cost for shipping and handling) as a store credit, OR
- You can receive the refund via the original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee that is charged by the warehouse and the buyer is responsible for the return shipping and handling cost.
If you didn’t receive the product and would like to cancel your order:
We can cancel you order and issue you a full refund; without any penalty only if your order hasn’t been processed and shipped out by the warehouse.
If you received the product but is not working properly:
We source our products from reputable manufacturers that have stringent product safety testing protocols and quality controls. Most of our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. If there is an issue or defect with any product you received, please contact and work the manufacturer directly. Please complete the warranty paperwork that came with the original box, or included in the information on the product for instructions on how to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We are unable to provide a refund if the warranty claim was not approved by the manufacturer.
If you received refuse the delivery of your order and it comes back to us:
If you refused the delivery upon arrival and the shipment is returned back to us, we can issue refund however, the buyer will be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and the buyer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and return shipping cost.
If a replacement tray or grate does not fit once received, can I return it?:
Currently, we are not accepting returns on replacement trays or grates that are received and packaging is opened. Please make sure you have the correct measurements or size of the tray or grate for your bird cage before purchasing.
