Warranty Policy
- My Bird's House provides products of the highest quality and we attempt to satisfy our customers with either replacement parts and/or service if necessary.
- All products we sell are covered against manufacturing defects for 90 days from date of purchase.
- My Bird's House will honor warranty claims within 90 days of original purchase of new merchandise.
- Customers must include a copy of the purchase receipt and image(s) of the defect(s) and emailed to support@mybirdshouse.com.
- For products outside the warranty period, replacement parts are available for purchase if stocked.
